Subscriptions
I subscribed but nothing unlocked
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in SlipTip, signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with. Subscriptions belong to your Apple Account, not your phone.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then choose SlipTip. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Free covers the Premier League and Championship, with 5 predictions per league each game week and The Edge and Player Props on the Premier League's first kickoff of the week. Plus (£1.99/month) unlocks all eight leagues and every prediction, with The Edge and Player Props on each league's first kickoff of the week. Pro (£4.99/month) adds both on every game.
Using SlipTip

You'll still see your last saved predictions. Check your connection and open the app again.
How accurate are the predictions?
Every graded prediction, right or wrong, is on the Results tab. They're probabilities, not certainties: a 70% call should miss about three times in ten.
What are Player Props?
The chance that a player goes over a line - for example 1+ shots on target - for each side's regular starters, covering shots, fouls, tackles, cards, goals and assists. Each chance already allows for how often that player has actually been playing lately.
Where did Both Teams to Score go?
We took Both Teams to Score and the goals over/under lines off the cards. When we tested them against last season's matches, they did no better than simply quoting each league's average, so they weren't telling you anything. They'll come back if a future test shows they beat it. How past picks did is still on the Results tab.
Do I need an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. SlipTip is iPhone only for now.
